Maple Ice Cream.
1 qt. cream.
1 coffee cup maplesyrup.
1 cup shelled pecans chopped.
Mix well the syrup and cream scalded.
When cool freeze and pack.
Orange Ice.
2 cups water.
1 cup sugar.
1 " orange juice
1/8 " lemon "
Boil sugar and water together for
fifteen minutes. Add fruit juice and
grated rind of 1 orange. Cool. Strain
and freeze.
Pack for one hour or more.
