Caramel Marshmallow Frosting.

Boil 1 1/2 cups brown sugar.
1/2 " cream.
1 teaspoon butter.
Cook until it forms a thread. Add 1/2 lb.
melted marshmallows and beat until
thick enough to spread.

Carmel Filling

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 " cream
1 tablespoon butter.
Stir until well dissolved. Boil
until it thickens & threads. Beat
until creamy and flavor with 1 tsp.
vanila. Spread.
