One year on suchtenders for new runs as, after communication with our various constituents, we shall shortly be in a position more clearly to indicate:
Besides our own tenders for certain country, called ' Upper and Lower Country" in the Waranoa District, we know that those, among others, whose names are mentioned in the margins have tenders in for new runs; but we are anxious to correspond with all our Northern Constituents before naming definitely the parties for whose account and the runs, against which, our payments may be made.
In the meantime we take these the only means which suggest them-selves has of protecting the nterests of all.
