Sir, Being desirous of introducing a few immigrants, under the System B in your - Notice of the 3rd November 1860, in this Government Gazette, I beg to be informed whether I can import Twenty Single men; and shall feel obliged by your furnishing me with a form of the Guarantee required for that purposes. 60/2452 Legislative Assembly 31st December R. Cubbs petition against the return Legislative Chambers Brisbane 31 December 1860 of Thomas L. Warry for East Moreton 60/52 Sir I do myself the honor to enclose copy of a Petition against the election and return of Thomas J Warry for the Electoral District of East Moreton; and to request that in compliance with the provisions of the 75th Clause of the Electoral Act, the same may be "forthwith notified in the Gazette".
The Petition ? me on the 29th Instant under cover to the Honorable The Speaker, and it is in the absence of that Honorable gentleman, and as his representative during such absence that I prefer the above request.
