What Robert Flemming an uncle of the Defendant
his life time resided in the State of Pennslyvania
the Maryland time. that he wasa James
my hader with whom their [?] learn't the James
leader, that the said Uncle died [?] in
August 1724, and after his Death the Father of
their [?] purchased the stock of dead on howd
in the shop of [?] the said Robert the make

and after the said Death of the said [?]

aforesaid, their dependant about the 12th day

deceased in the Family of his Widow, for [?] sole

met this deformed carvived his life well him
