The Deposition of Robert Fleming taken by Consul

to be Evidence in the ? of ? Jim or

William Curren

That Robert Flemming an uncle of the Deponent in

his life time resided in the State of Pennsylvania

near the Maryland line, that he was a James

by hader with whom this Deponent learn't the James

leader, that the said Uncle died early in

August 1724, and after his Death the Father of

this Deponent purchased the stock of leather on hand

in the shop of [?] the said Robert the make

[?] Purchase was for the [?]

that their [?] of that time was laly man

[?] the Daughter of Nathaniel Patterson

and after the said Death of the said [?]

the under other purchase [?] mock of death

aforesaid, their dependant about the 12th day

of August [?704] work to the said [lanyard?] &

lived is the House of Mr. S. Robert

deceased in the Family of his Widow, for [?] sole

purpose of working up the said stock of leather

— that this Deponent carried his life [wife?] with him

and they lived in no family of the said Widow, paid
