than Alexander lefte the segge of Tyre, and went wit his
Oste to the vale of Iosophat, and fand his men rigte harde

a moder son. And when he had so done he turned agayne
vn-to Tyre, and fande the Bastelle, that he hade made in the See,
dongen doune to the grounde. For alson als Alexandere was
