Sour Cream Cake.

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 " sour cream.
1 tsp soda (level)
2 eggs beaten light seperately.
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt.
1 small tsp extract.
Beat yolks of eggs; then add sugar.
and beat in sour cream and 1 cup flour.
Then add soda dissolved in 1 tsp. warm water
Add remaining flour beat well and flavor.
Add beaten whites. Bake in a loaf in
a moderate oven 35 min.
