Dear Sirs: -

I herewith send you bill for the foundation without the setting of the stone, as requested. To prevent misunderstanding I would say that as this lot is under perpectual care, the work of setting has to be done by the workmen of the Corporation.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Herbert F. Stimpson, Esq., Worcester.

Dear Sir:-

Your note to our Treasurer has been handed to me for answer. There is considerable moss in the sod of your lot, and to put it in good order it should be regraded and sodded, the cost of which would be $50.00 including the care of the lot for the season. There are three stones that need to be cleaned and plumbed which would cost $5.00.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.
