Dear Madam: -

To make and paint a wooden cover for the monument in
the Whittemore lot #2007 will cost $25.00. The cost of putting it
on and taking if off each year will be $5.00, or if ordered in
connection with the care of the lot the charge will be for care
without plants andputting on and taking off cover $10.00.
