To the Honorable the Justices of Frederick
County Court now sitting - The Petition of
Jacob Kiles humbly sheweth that a judgement
was rendered against your Petiitioner by

Esquire a justice of
the peace for Frederick County in favour
of Joseph Gabrill for the use of George
Morningstar - which said judgement was
reduced on the seventh of June eighteen
hundred and six for nine pounds eleven
shillings debt, and interest from the
eighth of March last and four & four
pence half penny costs - and which
said judgement your petitioner alledges
is unjust and against the equity &
right of the matter & from which he
your prays your honors to relieve
him.
