To the Honorable the Justices of Frederick
County Court now sitting - The Petition of
Jacob Kil[es?] humbly sheweth that a judgement
was rendered against your Petiitioner by
Esquire a justice of
the peace for Frederick County in favoure
of Joseph Gabrill for the use of George
Morningstar - which said judgement was
reduced on the seventh of June eighteen
hundred and six for nine pounds eleven
shillings debts, and interest from the
eighth of March last and four &
[?] half penny coats- and which
said judgement your [petitioner alledges
is unjust and against the equity &
right of the matter & from which he
prays your honors to relieve
him.
