the sale of goods wrecked in the District of
Holderness between Barmston Beck & Spurn
Point for which the late Mr Stephenson of Bridlington
Quay had not accounted to Sir Clifford Constable
Baronet the Lord of the Seigniory of Holderness at
the time of his death.

There are also goods or the proceeds thereof
which Mr Sparrow the Collector of Customs at Hull
who succeeded Mr Stephenson for that district has
not accounted for. The reason has so
far been that the Board of Trade had no evidence
of Sir Cliffords right to wreck but as that has been
produced and his right admitted I shall be obliged
by your requesting the proper parties to account
to me as the Agent of Sir Clifford Constable for
these goods and proceeds.
