Page 21the sale of goods wrecked in the District of Holderness between Barmston Beck & Spurn Point for which the late Mr Stephenson of Bridlington Quay had not accounted to Sir Clifford Constable Baronet the Lord of the Seigniory of Holderness at the time of his death. There are also goods or the proceeds thereof which Mr Sparrow the Collector of Customs at Hull who succeeded Mr Stephenson for that district has not accounted for. The reason has so far been that the Board of Trade had no evidence of Sir Cliffords right to wreck but as that has been produced and his right admitted I shall be obliged by your requesting the proper parties to account to me as the Agent of Sir Clifford Constable for these goods and proceeds. Constable and after ascertaining the wreck or proceeds thereof due to Sir C.
