glad to say she has done so always
& to me was perfectly rational in
all her remarks – The sight of me
very likely roused her. she expressed
the greatest satisfaction about my
return to England spoke to me of Katie
asked me if she had or had not paid
& of a pensioner of hers Miss Mcarthur
who you also kindly help. told me to
write a letter to remind her of some
jams promised by her and also to
remind her of a present she had
offered to me last autumn but wh
I had then refused – I write as she had
desired me to do – but there is no result
meantime Miss McA has not got her
