Boonsborough Washington County and State aforesaid
Gentleman Greeting you are appointed Commisioner
to [?][?] in a cause defending in Frederick
County Court between Peter Breugle [?] and George
French appellee. Therefore you are [?] required
having first taken the oath hereto [?] and also administer the [?]
oath to the person whom you shall appoint as Clerk to attend the execution
of this Commission that at such time and palce as to you shall soon
convient you cause to come [?] you all [?] greviences as shall be
named and produced to you byeither the [?] or [?] and that
you examine them on their corporal oaths to [?] by you adminster
uopon the holy [?] of the almighty God to [?] their knowledge or
rememberence of anything that may relate to the cause aforesaid and
that you causes notice to he givento the [?] on their attornies of the
execution of this commission below you execute the [?] [?]

you sever the oaths with this commission close under your hand and
seal to the said County Court with all convenient [?] [?] John

Commisioners Oath - You shall according to the book of your
skill and knowledge truly faithfully and without faithfully to any or either
of the parties take the examinations and depositions of all are

is closed to produce to and left with you by either of the said parties
