Be so good as to make memos of them accordingly - The articles you had numbered 20.21.22.23 - all anchors & chains I have altered to 83.84.85.86. - Be so good as to alter your numbers accordingly and return the papers to J.S.
Be so good as to put a Gross Value opposite the anchors & c. I have numbered 83.84.85.86 you can put something near to the Value better than I can.

You do not say any thing about No 59 - have the goodness to say whether you have those goods and the papers and return them to J.S.

I think the receiver is clearly entitled to the L2 for one Days attendance and his expenses in detaining exceeding a Bond & [C?] and subsequently allowing the [?] to proceed to Sea, the Ship having been detained at the request of the [??] the payment of these charges should be enforced. I think this should be referred to the Solicitor to enforce the Bonds if practicible copy of this [was?] sent to Solicitor of Customs.

This so as printed - The person to whom the accompanying paper is reffered, is requested to write his observations on this sheet, and return it together with the papers attached to it to the Boards of Trade, when done with
