Annexed is a request from Mr Peter Flutter Chief Boatman in command at the Holmpton Station - that I would look after in his interest and that pf his Boatmen in respect of services rendered by them in landing the stores of the Vessel "Lavinia" of Deptford wrecked near Withernsea on the 4th instant A Certificate of the Master of the Vessel of the Services Rendered is also annexed.

I have allowed the Stores &c to be removed by the owner on a Deposit of £8.[?].[?]. which I shall hold till you obtain the decision of the Comptroller Genl of the Ct Guard as to its disposal.

The Master of the Russian Vessel ill have to make a Deposition also If the Receiver can state where the Master & Crew of that Vessel landed My [Lord?] will direct the local Receiver then to obtain Deposition
