This we have been hulling oat stacks out of new ground Phil halling rails along crop fence - My wife gone to see Mrs. Coleman; 2nd began to hill in new ground 3 hands Lila & Henry plowing for corn Phil halling rails around out side fence Jane in garden Plowed up tomato beds Weather cloudy & very cool, like for snow or rain, Sent Mr. Crews horse & plow & gear to plow to day & have also lent him a horse to go to mill several times - 3rd A beautiful morning hilling coller in new ground & plowing for corn. Henry hunting wild hogs — Sewed beets^{& salsafy}yesterday 4 Another pretty morning Hilling in new ground Henry sewed flax patch Lila plowing in oats in bottom in granary lot Phil gone to shop with Plow Henry saw my my [sic] 11 wild hogs this morning but they were quite wild - Sewed beets & salsafy a day or too ago.
