Josigas or Josiah Franklin marrried young in England.
He came with his wife and their children to New England.
Settled in Boston after which by his first [wife???] he had
four more children and ten by his second wife Abaih
Folger in all 17 children. Franklin avows that he re-
members to have seen shorter seated at his father's at
one time all of whom arrived to the year of maturity
and were married. I was said B.F. The last of this son and
the youngest child expecting two daughters , his mother
he observes is as the daughter of Peter Folger one of this
first Colonists of New England of whom Cotton Mathers makes
[mother???] honourable mention in his Ecclesiastical [???]
of this Province as a [???] a learned English man if
[???] his [???] i have been told [???] [???}
written a variety of little pieces but [???] a [???] to
be only one in print which I met with many years
ago. It is as published in the year 1645 if is in a
[???] verse arguably to the last of the times of the
