My dearest Thomas,
Another day gone with nothing much to write
about. In fact all the days are nearly alike. The only
change is some days we have more work to do than
others. Will be glad when they pass and I can be
back home with you again.
You were telling me how dry it was, suppose
you hadn't seen any rain in over three months.
Things would be in bad shape wouldn't it. We hardly
notice any difference.
Guess I will be getting my cookies before long,
wont I enjoy them. We generally have some coffee at
night so I am thinking how good those cookies will
be then.
How are my letters coming through now. Let me
know if they are slowed up much and if you had rather
have V-mail . That is photographed V. mail letters.
I think of you all the time and looking for the
time when we can be together again. I love you,
Harry
