be got at short notice any time,
also shingles &c.

But
the frame, windows, door, &c,
cannot be got so well at a
moment's notice.

The frame timbers
would not be wasted, even if by
some fatality they failed of their
use.

The outlay would not
be great ^ say $50 for the frame ^ at a rough guess
the total outlay would be
frame - $50._
Door & windows - $20._
Boards, shingles, &c - } - 150.
