White Loaf Cake.

1/2 cup butter.
1 1/2 " sugar.
1 " milk.
3 " flour.
2 teaspoons baking powder.
Whites of 4 eggs.
1 teaspoon flaving.
Cream the butter add the sugar gradually
and mix well.
Sift the baking powder with the flour
and add in alternation with the milk
beating thoroughly with each addition.
Whisk the whites stiff and fold into
batter. Bake in a loaf 30 minutes.
