A "cafe" sign is attached to an electric pole in front of my place of business. This sign was put up by a restaurant firm whose place of business is on sixth Street [several?] distance away from the sign. I have protested to the chief of police and to Commissioners Sam Davidson for relief and now come to you honorable body. I am not in the "Cafe" business and the sign is not really unlawful but is calculated to injure my business as a misleading advertisement.
