was purchased two years ago last November. --
Chas. Dana Gibson -- Lot 3629 -- Halcyon Ave -- Ornamental Ground -- 80 feet. That everlasting triangle --purchased = 3 yrs. 3 mos. 6 ds. since. Do set three posts. There is an exact copy of the sketch you then reported. How near it is to the fact I cannot say. Mr Foss stake it, [diagram: measurements] if you will execute.
Wm Thomas -- 1520 -- Columbine -- Addition of 11 in x 20 = 18 feet reported . Is this on the east or west side of lot? --
3125 --John P. Turpin's -- Acanthus P. -- Addition -- never paid for, but buried upon -- you reported [diagram: measurements] 33 ft -- He has always contended that he wished only enough to clear the grave properly -- I think abt 21 feet. He refuses to pay for 33 ft -- says he distinctly ordered only enough for the grave of Capt Rogers. If you can re-report it so as to suit him, I should like to end it.
This was reported --
Under the rule, I do not think you should wait longer for Martin Bates heirs -- 3599 -- Moss Path -- reported -- and Nathan Tufts Jr. 3734 Rosebay Ave. -- reported -- but post them. --
Respectfully yours

Dear Sir,
As soon as the ground will permit, please report upon lot no. 3629 Halcyon Ave -- of late Chas. D. Gibson, for perpetual repair.
I enclose letter of our old friend Mrs Hannah G. Whipple, who does not appear yet to have been "put in that hole in some back corner". There is an order for 1866 by "DLH" -- none for 1867 or 1868 --
The books show charge for 1866 - 5.00 [for] 1867 -- 5.00 [for] 1868 -- 4.00 [total] 14.00
Mr Norcross asked me to send you the note & ask for reply -- Please return note of Mrs Whipple.
Respectfully yours
I sent letter to Mr John A. Parks, now propr of the Maverick Hon. E. Boston amounting to $26.50 -- who replies that the Corpn have cut off a part of his lot by the path into Hazel Dell.
His lot is 2319 Central Ave. Will you please put the tape on to lot, see if he has not still 300 sq. feet?
I should not say judging from the plan that he has lost any land.
