Dear Sir, Yours of yesterday's date in reply to my application regarding the perpetual care of my Lot No 3124. situated on Acanthus Path, Mount Auburn Cemetery is before me, and I wish to say, I desire to pay for the perpetual care of the Lot including the renewal of the head-stones, and monument when needed.

Where shall the payment of the $525. be made?
