Dear Sir:

Your application to know for what sum the Trustees of this Cemetery will guarantee the perpetual repair of lot no. 1363 owned by yourself, with its appurtenances, has been laid before the Committee on Lots. Said Committee, after a personal inspection of the premises, have considered said application, and have directed me to notify you that the Corporation will contract for such perpetual repair on payment of five hundred dollars.

If accepted by you, when notified, I will prepare the proper papers. --

Very Respectfully yours

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y

Geo. B. Upton Esq

Respecting the question of charging & crediting interest presented by you at the last meeting, the Trustees voted that the disposition of the same be referred to the Comee on Lots with full power.

So if you will please apply to Mr Austin, I presume you will be enabled to adjust the Story lot [a/c?].

Dear Sir: -

Please report upon lot 2887, Larch Av. 60 ft - belonging to Mrs Anna R. Goodwin for perpetual repair -- also state what repairs will cost if any are first needed. --

Mr Thos. Richardson is very anxious about the price of land -- 200 feet more or less on the northerly side of the Alger lot -- at the end of Elm Av -- Somebody has reported to him that it has been sold; but I told him I thought not. He is in the Alger family, & wishes to purchase it --

Will you survey it up to the Alger line, & let him know through me how much it contains --

Truly yours,

A. J. Coolidge
