For Mr Shedd --

Make survey of following : --

If any of them have no stone bounds yet, set the stakes for such and ask the Supt to have them put in without delay. --

3599 Moss Path -- Heirs of Martin Bates Lot contains 2061 ft --
" " " Ornamental Av. 714 [ft]
3629 Halcyon Av. Chas. D. Gibson [diagram: triangular plot] ornamentl [Ev.?] 80 [ft]
3638 Galanthus P. John Goldberg Trustee of of Goddard -- (curbed & ready) 180 [ft]
3643 Hibiscus P. Jos. A. Holmes Lot contains -- 50 [ft]
This lot has a curb on two sides -- wants a post at north of corner -- Bradford never could give me the survey -- Tell the Supt a post should be det. -- Put a stake for them to go by -- [Diagram: small sketch]

459 -- {addition to lot of 309 feet -- (orig. lot only 300 feet)
[459] {Holly Path -- Heirs of John Suter
3734 -- Rosebay Av. ^W. [edge?] Nathan Tufts Jr. -- Treed lot -- 706 ft
748 -- Spruce Av. Devisees of Chas. Minot [diagram: measurements] 270 [ft]
3755 Clematis P. Wm T. Andrews -- 552 ft
I understand a 5 ft path goes in at the end of this lot -- stake it, & return me the measures -- a curb is supposed to be preparing.

3775 Deutzia P. Mrs Emily J. Plympton -- [diagram: measurements] 195 ft
Bradford omitted to survey this because he said it wanted to be located from the base lines --

was purchased two years ago last November. --

Chas. Dana Gibson -- Lot 3629 -- Halcyon Ave -- Ornamental Ground -- 80 feet. That everlasting triangle --purchased = 3 yrs. 3 mos. 6 ds. since. Do set three posts. There is an exact copy of the sketch you then reported. How near it is to the fact I cannot say. Mr Foss stake it, [diagram: measurements] if you will execute.

Wm Thomas -- 1520 -- Columbine -- Addition of 11 in x 20 = 18 feet reported . Is this on the east or west side of lot? --

3125 --John P. Turpin's -- Acanthus P. -- Addition -- never paid for, but buried upon -- you reported [diagram: measurements] 33 ft -- He has always contended that he wished only enough to clear the grave properly -- I think abt 21 feet. He refuses to pay for 33 ft -- says he distinctly ordered only enough for the grave of Capt Rogers. If you can re-report it so as to suit him, I should like to end it.

This was reported --

Under the rule, I do not think you should wait longer for Martin Bates heirs -- 3599 -- Moss Path -- reported -- and Nathan Tufts Jr. 3734 Rosebay Ave. -- reported -- but post them. --

Respectfully yours

A.J. Coolidge
