Dear Sir
The cost of releading & resetting the curbing & on lots 3518 and 3519 was $53 beside the foundations which were $57 more (One large & 4 small ones) $110 in all.
This makes 1/2 cost of releading & resetting &c. $26.50 and the care^$4, plants & top dressing^$3.50 were $9.50 more on each lot, making the expense $36.00 per lot beside the foundations.
I have received no orders for care of your lots for this year. The price will be $1. per lot less than last year, that is for care, plants & top dressing $8.50 per lot or $17.00 for both.
If you desire us to take care of the lots please sign the postal cards & return.
Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt.
