Representation of Lots _ Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representavies were designated for lots as follows: _

the Committee on Grounds, the Treasurer be authorized to Execute the same and affix the Corporate Seal. _

Committees charged with business un-finished rechosen _

Upon motion of Mr Andrews, Voted that ^all the Committees appointed last year who have not completed their duties, be rechosen, with the same powers. _

Management of Affairs at the Cemetery.

Upon motion of Mr Nazro,

Voted that the subject contained in the report of the Finance Committee which was referred to this board viz: the management of the affairs of the Corporation at the Cemetery, in its bearing upon its financial affairs _ be referred to the Committee on Regulation and Records of Interments. _

Representatives of Lots _

Upon petition by the parties in interest the following persons were severally designated to represent the lots of deceased proprietors in connection with which they are named; _

Lot 214

Freeborn F Raymond, of Lexington, a Trustee under the will of Thatcher R Raymond, late proprietor of lot numbered 214 to represent said lot.
