C.G. Nazro Esqr

Dear Sir,

The requisite examination and report upon the lot of the late Dr C. T. Hildreth no. 291, having been made, and the Committee on Lots having considered the same, have directed me to notify the Fatherless and Widows Society through you, that this Corporation will guarantee the perpetual repair of said lot for the sum of three hundred and seventy five dollars. ($375.)

Mrs Benj. F. Danforth

Dear Madam,

I regret I was not at the office when you called in and left the papers which I sent you without being executed. I think you must misunderstand the legal position. The will gives the lot to yourself & daughter equally, and unless Mr Vaughn sees fit to transfer by deed all his interest to you, the only proper course is to agree between you which of you shall represent the lot, then both of you sign the petition and send it to me. If you do not understand it, please see me, as I have nobody who can advise you on a matter of this kind.

As we are fast progressing with the catalogue, we wish your decision.

Resp.y yours

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y
