Misser E.L. & H.C. Kennard 943 Washington St

I am informed by H. Kennard Esq that Michael Kennard, propr of lot no. 974 in Mt Auburn was your father, and that he died many years since.

I find upon reference to our interment records that Michael Kennard died on the , but unfortunately for title to this lot that event was 15 days before the date of the deed to the proprietor, in that if he was the person intended the deed would be void.

Will you please to call and see me, as we are making up a new catalogue, and should like to get this matter right.

Yours resp.y

A.J. Coolidge

Capt D. L. Winsor

Dear Sir,

Agreeably to good request I return you four of the numbers I sent you to stand against the four lots reported today, viz -

45. Angelica P. 22 of Mrs Mary Plumley - Chelsea
165. Mound Av. 400f - Edwin Bowker, Waltham
723 Celastrus P. 102 f Isabella Wilson - Watertn
1210 Mimosa rear 1983. 133f E.M. Judkins Medford
I have passed over lots 536 & 537 on your list, which with 3037 and 3038 later on the list will be very convenient in case you sell two lots side by side. Please correct books & lots.

Truly yours

Capt Winsor,

Dear Sir,

Since "Fred" was here this afternoon it has occurred to me that I shall be alone tomorrow & perhaps the next day, and that he can do me a good deal of good by coming in tomorrow. I am not quite ready to proceed regularly with what I wish of him, but can give him enough to do for a day or two.

I only wish him for Corporation work. My understanding is that you lend him for that purpose, & return him on the pay roll as heretofore, to which I understand he makes no objection.

It is immaterial to me whether you supply him with tickets, or whether I do. Please say which you prefer.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge

Henry Kennard Esq

Dear Sir,

The proper examination and report upon your lot no. 869 have been made, and the Comee on Lots having considered the matter, have directed me to inform you that the Corporation will assume the perpetual care of your lot, with guaranty for three hundred and fifty dollars.

Very truly yours

A.J. Coolidge Secretary
