Mr - Frost Boston

Dear Sir

It will cost $11 to properly scrape and paint the fence and repair the gate of lots #862 & #863. I would advise you to remove this fence. This with the filling up of the old posts holes & sodding over, cutting over 4 corner posts to mark the boundries and cutting the numbers of lots can be done for the old material of fence.
