Treasurers Annual Report

The Treasurer read his annual report which upon motion of Mr Crocker was voted to be accepted. _

order for Duplicate Register of Interments

Mr Tobey, the surviving member of the committee on Regulations and Records of Interments, stated that it appeared to him important that a duplicate Register of the Interments should be made and kept in another place than at the gate, in order to secure greater safety to the record; _

and upon motion by him it was Voted that the Committee on Regulations & Records of Interments have authority to cause to be made a duplicate Register of the interments in the Cemetery from the beginning with such corrections in the same as can be made; that this duplicate Register be hereafter kept up, and that the books containing the same shall be kept in a safe at the Secretary's office.

The Secretary read a note received from Mrs Lucretia D Gould, in reply to a copy of the resolutions passed by this Board upon the decease of her husband, and their late colleague, Benjamin A Gould,

which upon motion by Mr Curtis, was ordered to be placed on file.
