I have extended upon our records the facts necessary to evidence your title to Lot no. 825 in the Cemetery, and have only to annex the proper certificate to the deed which you have.--

Send this in and I will furnish you with what is [????] site.

My charge is $3. which you can also enclose.

Dear Sir,

Lot no. 3394 sold to you in the still stands on our books to be deeded, on account of a memorandum that you had requested that the making of the deed should be delayed. I have written you before, asking why the delay, but recd no reply.

I must request you now to reply definitely whether there is further occasion for waiting, as we must finish up our matters for the year.

If there is no good reason for delay I shall make the deed to you.--

Voted that the Superintendent be authorized to have the necessary repairs done to the "Superintendent's house."

What course do you desire to be [letter?] with [?] to John C. Blaisdell propr of lot 3394 Spruce Ave as to enforcing condition abt granite curb. Was your agreement with him [deleted word] definite as to time of erecting curb? If so, I can [find?] it in deeds & records as I have the deed not delivered yet. The deed contains a stipulation for granite curb but without time.

I return the order he sent me this morn.
