Hon Joel Parker, Exor &c

My dear Sir,

I enclose a draft of the instrument which seems to me proper for the purpose required -- viz to complete the contract for the perpetual repair of lot nos. 1250, 1315 & 1333 in the Cemetery.

As you have failed to find me at the office, it will be no more than fair that I wait upon you, and I will endeavor to call at your office in the Law School, perhaps tomorrow before coming to town.

I am very respectfully yours

Mr. Wm C. Lears

Dear Sir,

I met you some weeks since, and you suggested that you were intending to come in the next week & finish the conveyance of the Spring lot &c.

I must request you once more not to delay this matter longer.

Yours respectfully

A.J. Coolidge Secretary

Hon. Joel Parker,

Dear Sir,

I return the instrument which was made to express the terms of contract for the perpetual repair of lots 1250, 1315 & 1333 in this Cemetery, duly executed & recorded.

My charge in connection therewith is $5.- which, by the bylaws of this Corporation, is paid by the party for whose benefit the contract is made.

I enclose also one of our printed blanks for the designation of a person to repre-- sent lot No. 1250, under the Charter. The regu-- lations, you find at the foot of the blank. I am unable from my own knowledge to fill up the names of the children in order - which should be as they stood at the death of the testator, noting any who have died since.

I am very Resp.y your Obt Servt
