She thinks she will first consult her cousin, whether he may not wish for it. --
Will you, if I should not see you, please show her in the neighborhood of the new Fountain -- also the lot you purchased on Laurel Hill. --
I also mentioned to her the high ground just southerly of the new Ave you are making up by Myrtle Path. I told her it is as yet unfitted for sale. She thinks she before marked this ground.
I shall try to get up there. If the weather should be unfavorable the party will not come out. --
Truly yours

Dear Sir,
I wish you would endeavor to report upon lot 525 Olive Path, to Oliver A. Farwell, if you can. I am inclined to, think, from Mr Shedd's statement, that his surveyor's measurement is correct - for he states that although he gives one of the distances on the sketch handed you, as 13ft., that was a mere error of figures there, and that he calculated the area by calling that distance 15 feet. It seems a pity, when the money has been ready for the lot so long, that the proprietor should not receive his deeds. I have the impression the figures he gave me were 356 ft. but your memo will show. My former note contained it as he gave it to me.
Respectfully yours
A.J. Coolidge Sec.y

Dear Sir,
Please send the items who you gave the Doctor, if you returned a copy; if not I will send to him for the note.
I wish information of the location of the following numbers for the catalogue. I will give a list, & insert any that I happen to know, & lots are unsold. You will remember that you were to locate them for sale, & have probably done so. Please state the contents of each.

Sir: -
Mr Phineas B. Hovey, of Cambrigeport, a friend of mine, was quite desirous to get a lot on the southerly side of the Cemetery, and I pointed out to him lot 525 on Rose Path, & sent him to you, to see how you would sell it as to quantity shape & grade. I am informed today that he has agreed decided to take it. I remember a year or two since when it was proposed to sell the lot to another gentleman, you thought, it should be run down on the easterly side between Oleander P. and lot 534 so as to take in some 20 or 30 ft more than 300. I send you a sketch from the large plan with measurements. The lot is not 15 ft wide on the front. You can tell best by the land how much of the vacant space the bank will require. I think he should take what there is there, not naturally required for the bank, whether [300?] more, or less. There seems to be a good deal to spare between lot 187 and Oleander P. - not less than 13 ft - a great waste.
Please inform me of the address of Mrs Hannah Heath, to whom you reported, on , as sold a lot^(no 3780) of 400 ft on Fountain Ave amounting to $700. She has not paid for it.
Please also state whether your report of lot 3808 to John Vose Jr. on Kalmia P., 400 ft, is to be superceded by lot 3817 on Galanthus P. 360 f. reported^Nov 2d as sold him, Novr 2d He today
