Voted that a deed of the additional sixty nine feet be given to him without further consideration.

Representation of Lots _

The Secretary read the following petitions for the representation of lots _

and it was voted that the persons therein nominated be severally designated to represent said lots respectively, until the further order of this Board.

Lot 944 _

Upon the petition of the daughters _ heirs at law _ of William Rotch, deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 944, Maria A Rotch of Pitts-ford Vt daughter of said William was des-ignated to represent said lot.

Lot 951 _

Upon the petition of the executors of the will of Charles F. Hovey deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 951 Justine de Peyster Hovey widow of said Charles F was designated to represent said lot.

Lot 1055 _

Upon the petition of A W Cross executor of Cyrus Buttrick deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 1055 Susan W Buttrick widow of said Cyrus was designated to represent said lot.

Lot 1059 _
