Superintendent as to the price to be fixed on lands Westerly of and near the Chapel, which was referred to the Committee on Lots, be referred to the Committee on Grounds. _

Lot 339 respecting Tomb Right_

Micah Dyer having made application for leave to construct a tomb on his lot, no. 339 on Primrose Path, the subject was referred to the Committee on Lots, with power to contract with Mr Dyer for the price to be paid by him for the privilege, and mode in which the tomb is to be constructed, conformably to the By-Law. _

Hubbard, G. G. Part of lot not paid for _

Voted, That the Secretary address a communication to Gardner G. Hubbard acquainting him that it is ascertained that Lot no. 1741 enclosed by him, contains 658 square feet, and that unless the 358 feet which remain unpaid for, be paid for forthwith, the Trustees will cause the fence to be removed, and the lot to be reduced to the size of the lot paid for by him - to wit 300 square feet. _

Suptt House _ Fence around.

Voted _ that the Committee on Grounds, who were authorized at a meeting in February to take charge of any remaining expenditure in connection with the Supt's house and grounds, be authorized to have a fence erected around the same at a price not exceeding $400.00 ~

The President being obliged to leave the meeting, Mr Curtis was called to the Chair. _

Compensation for vacated grave in Public Lot refused _

An application in writing was made by James McConnell to be allowed some compensation for a right of interment in the public lot, which he formerly purchased, but had recently relinquished by the removal of the interred body from the Cemetery.

It was stated by Mr Curtis that such allowance would not be justified by any usage of this Board, and upon motion of Mr Read, it was

Voted that the petitioner have leave to withdraw.

Lot 1741 G. G. Hubbard case _

The Secretary having reported that, pursuant to the order of May 4th, he had notified G. G. Hubbard that the fence was to be removed from that portion of lot no. 1741 not yet paid for by him, unless the same should be paid for forthwith, and that, up to the present time, said land remained unpaid for, it was

Voted, that the Secretary be directed to notify Mr Hubbard, that if said land shall not be paid for before the first day of September, the fence will be removed at said Hubbard's expense. ~

Representatives of Lots designated _

The Secretary presented the written petitions of sundry parties for the appointment of representatives to their respective lots: _

And it was ordered _ That the persons therein severally designated be appointed to represent the lots hereinafter mentioned in connection with their respective names. _
