Dear Madam
To paint & scrape the fence, in lot 1655 & put in 2 new posts [?] [?] will cost 25.00, and even, after this is done I fear the lot will not satisfy you. I will take away the old fence, put in corner posts & cut number and clean headstones without charge to you. We are removing fences + hedges as rapidly, as Proper authorize, as to do so, and are thereby improving the grounds as we are able. I strongly, advise you to have this fence removed rather than attempt to do anything to it
Very Respectfully J. W. Lovering Supt. per Childs
Dear Madam
Note of June 19 enclosing order for care &c of Lot 4256 Dell Pa. is received. Also notice it is there stated that no care was taken of the lot last year- This is plainly a mistake for there is no question in the Gardeners mind that the lot had care plants in 1875.
