Otis Norcross Esq

Dear Sir,

Will you please take the enclosed report of the Supt respecting the lot of est. of Sarah Spring, (3324) with you and con-- fer with Mr Austin 28 State St. (as Mr Curtis has enclosed his resignation) as to the amount deemed needful to secure the perpetual repair. -- I send to you as you can probably find Mr A. more easily than he can you. He is generally at his office, I think, until past 12.

The Executor desires as early a reply as convenient. I told him probably within a day or two.

Very resp.y yours

A.J. Coolidge

S.S. Osgood Esq. 328 Bleeker St. New York

My dear Sir,

I return the contract for repair of your lot in the Cemetery, which has been duly recorded. You retain the original as the evidence of such con-- tract on your part, although it will not be likely to be lost sight of by the Corpor-- ation.

I have sent to the Supt a memorand. of what you requested done this year upon the lot, which will no doubt be attended to.

It will be hardly necessary for me to say that the $2 was received.

Very truly yours

A.J. Coolidge Secretary
