#793-S

Mrs. Alpheus Hardy,

Boston.

Dear Madam: -

I find that to repair the name plate on the fence of the Rogers lot will cost not over $5.00. The fund deposited for the care of this lot is smaller than usual, and the interest of it for the coming year will not be enough to give the lot such care as it usually has had and also make this repair to the fence. I will be glad to follow the wishes of the proprietors of the lot in the matter, by either repairing the plate at their expense, or omitting some part of the care for the coming year and making the repair at the expense of the fund.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.
