The President read the Annual Report of the Trustees, which upon motion by Mr Nazro, was accepted, and ordered to be printed for the Proprietors.

Treasurer's Report _

The Treasurer read his Annual Report, which upon motion by Mr Read was accepted and ordered to be printed for the Proprietors,

Superintendent's Report _

The Superintendent's Report was also read and ordered to be printed with the others.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on Monday, February 1^st, 1864, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Austin, Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker, Little and Nazro. _

The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
