Dear Sir, your note of yesterday has come to hand: & I send the blanks requested. The order for "Removal to the Cemetery" is of no consequence, as it is difficult to keep the distinction, so as to have all orders for rein-- terment made outlaw, and I shall not print any more I send you is what remains of them.

The correction of lots 883 & 885 on the plan shall be attended to.—

I would like to have you [race?] over your entry books and see if your figures for the year agree with mine.

Whole no. internments 698, of which 116 are reinterments. (I generally consider the int. of soldiers brought home within a month or so, a 1^{st int.}) No. depos. in R. Tomb 53: no. in Pub. Lots 67.

The Corporation is ready to receive the $400 stipulated for the perpetual care of lot 1673 (Sarah Baxter's) in Mt Auburn: and I suppose from what you said two months or so ago, you are ready to pay it.

I send you our form of donation in trust ready for execution. When you have paid over the amount to Mr Bond, Treas^r at 167 Congress St., return the document with your signature &c for completion & record.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees, which was also an adjourned meeting, was held at the usual place, on Monday April 6^th 1857. at 10 O'clock A.M. _

There were presents, the President, Messrs Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Gould, M^cKean, Nazro, Read & Tisdale.
