Dear Sir
In lot 551 of Mrs. Esther Holbrook Charleston S.C. one of the freestone corner posts is broken and the fence on one side is also broken, this very much injures the appearance of this and surrounding lots. I therefor, for the general good propose to remove the fence posts and leave the lot in good order free of charge to the owner, provided I am authorized to do so by the proper person. If you cannot give the necessary authority please advise me to whom to apply.
Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
