Coolidge Avenue Hearing before Camb. City Governt concerning. Com. appointed to attend

The President having laid before the Board a notification received from the City Council of Cambridge stating that a hearing would be given this evening at the City Hall to parties interested in the Coolidge Avenue question, it was

Voted, – that the Special Committee consisting of the President and Mr Choate, to whom were referred, at the meeting of , the communications of Messrs. Coolidge and Muzzey in the premises, be designated as a Committee to respond to the above notice and to appear in behalf of this Corporation at the hearing aforesaid.

Statements of Treasr referred to Com. on Finance.

The Treasurer having presented his Repoarts, and Statements of account for the quarter ending , it was

Voted, – that the Treasurer's Statements be referred to the Committee on Finance to consider and report.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatiaves were designated for Lots as follows, viz; –

193 Joseph R. Kendall of New York ^20 College Place, Son of Abel Kendall, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered One hundred and ninety=three.

New deeds to sundry persons

Voted that new deeds may issue to Messrs Wm and Samuel Phipps of their lots upon Central & Lawn Avenues upon their transferring the deeds of their former lots in front of the Chapel to the Corporation : ~

Also that a new deed may issue to some one for the heirs of Jabez Ellis of their lot upon Asphodel path, upon the Corporation's receiving the transfer of the former lot in front of the Chapel. _
