Messrs Leighton & Liberty Deering Me

Gentlemen

Your note received. The foundation can be built at about 48 hours notice. Where parties are unknown to us our rule is cash in advance. You give three sizes for this foundation so I am not sure which is the width. If the size is 2'-8" x 1'-2" the charge will be $7.00. If 2'-8" x 1'-0" it will be $5.60. If inconvenient for you to remit you had better order through Mrs. Furbush.

The lot is 4381 Marigold Pa. I mentions this as you said Magnolia and there is a chance for mistake

Very respectfully J.W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
