Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Office of Superintendant, Mt. Auburn,

Mr. Stone,

Dear Sir,

A party in search of a small lot has made enquiry in regard to the space in rear of your lot #3769.

By the Bye-laws [sic] of the Corporation, you have the right to take the land at 1/3 the price, at which it would be sold as a separate lot, on condition of making no interments therein holding it as a passage-way.

Its form is rectangular, 15 ft. x 6 = 90 sq. ft.

90 ft. @ .33 ¢ per ft. = $30.00
Deed 2.00
[Total] $32.00
[Image: diagram of Lot 3769 on Cuphea Path and Halcyon Avenue. 15ft at top of image, 7ft at right; inside rectangle is 6 ft on both top left and right side, 90 sq ft. top center. Also inside are two lines a 1/4 of the way down with illegible text and the number 3769 underneath the bottom line. on either end of the two lines are darkened circles, the right hand one has 6ft under it; 2 dark circles are at each bottom corner of the rectangle. a path drawing is alongside the rectangle named [Cuphea Path]; underneath [Halcyon Ave.]

Please inform me at your earliest convenience, whether you wish to do anything in regard to the matter

Respectfully yours C. W. Folsom Supt
