Dr. C. F. Brooks, Bemis Medford.

Dear Sir: -

At the end of the grave furthest from Jonquil path the ground falls from rear to front two and one half inches in thirteen inches. I do not clearly understand your other questions, so enclose you a tracing showing the relative positions of the grave and monument now there, and I have no doubt you can get the desired information from that.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Mason G. Parker Esq

Dear Sir,

I find that your lot & that of Mr Jas. K. Lawrence, on Oak Av. are wrongly numbered on the lot & on the plan 2807 & 2808.

These numbers should have corresponded with those of your deeds 2806 & 2807. The mistake appears to have been the result of some previous misnumbering.

I wish to correct it so that no mistake will arise hereafter upon any interment.

Please therefore inform me whether your lot or that of Mr L. is more northerly - that is towards the Lake - and I will have the numbered located accordingly.

Also inform me whether any, and what interments have been made in the lots, that the Register of Interments may be corrected.

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge Sec.y

Joshua T. Foster Esq Medford Mass.

Dear Sir,

Your lot appears to have been wrongly numbered on the lot & on the plan for the whole time which you have owned lot 2811 - while your deed is of 2808.

I have taken steps towards the necessary correction, on the lot and on the Register of the ^three interments which you made - so as to correspond with your deed - 2808.

I merely notify you that you may not be surprized to see a change of number.

Yours truly

Misser E.L. & H.C. Kennard 943 Washington St

I am informed by H. Kennard Esq that Michael Kennard, propr of lot no. 974 in Mt Auburn was your father, and that he died many years since.

I find upon reference to our interment records that Michael Kennard died on the , but unfortunately for title to this lot that event was 15 days before the date of the deed to the proprietor, in that if he was the person intended the deed would be void.

Will you please to call and see me, as we are making up a new catalogue, and should like to get this matter right.

Yours resp.y

A.J. Coolidge
