Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Suffolk. ss. . Then personally appeared Henry M. Parker, and made oath that he would faithfully perform the duties of the Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn. Before me. Benjamin F. Brooks Justice of the Peace.

Trustees.

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner by the Secretary. the Trustees met at the office of C.P. Curtis on Present Messrs Bigelow, Crockett, B.R. Curtis, C.P. Curtis and Parker. The Treasurer was also present.

Catalogue

Voted. That there shall be inserted in the Catalogue which is about to be issued, such lithographic views as the president may cause to be prepared.

Leave to construct tomb refused.

Voted. That Mr Henry Farnham's for request for a lot with the right of construction a tomb, be refused as incompatible with the standing regulation of the Trustees.

Form of deeds of lots.

Voted. That no deed of any lot shall contain any declaration of trust, without the special vote of the board therefor.
